BREAD PUDDING


INGREDIENT:
pudding:
1 loaf of bread, cut into cubes.
4 cups of milk
3 large eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
1 cup raisins 
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

sauce:
 7 tablespoon of white sugar

METHOD:
sauce:
Put the sugar into saucepan and let it melt and turn brown
Quickly place the melted sugar into a pudding bowl and let it cool.
pudding:
Combine bread and milk in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Add eggs and sugar, raisins,butter and vanilla and stir well.
Pour in the mixture to the bread and pour on top of the cooled sugar.
Steam the pudding for 20 to 30 minutes.
Ready to serve.
