On march 5, a seminar has been held at Pro Chancellor Hall in Unisel Shah Alam conducted by Jawatankuasa Tetap Pendidikan, Pembangunan Modal Insan, Sains, Teknologi and Inovasi. This seminar emphasizes on dual language program should be abolish as it being said by Dato’ Dr Siddiq bin Hj Fadzil that Malay language seems to be neglected by people as they are more towards English language. He also stated that everyone should find and seek for knowledge as knowledge is not coming just like that but we need to find it. It also should be in a good manner and with spirit and that suitable with the person who wants to gain knowledge. Language is part of the culture and it also part of the soul of the culture itself. He also stated that Malaysian people tend to use English language as everyday language. It also including use the English words to Malay word. For example, the word interview is being widely used by people instead of Malay word which is ‘temuduga’. Next is from Professor Emeritus Dr.Shaharir Mohamad Zain which is also the chairman of Gerakan Mansuh PPSMI (GMP). He stated that the agenda of the dual language program is to increase the student’s skills in speaking in English. He also said that at the first step of learning, Malay language is easier to learn and it is proved on 1979 when all subjects that  being teach in Malay language shows increasing in  number of percentage. It shows that English language is not a barrier in learning and it has nothing to do with economy especially when applying for a job. Still it is not wrong to master both language as it help increasing our percentage on being hire for a job.
